Display a workspace-wide banner — a maintenance notice, a policy reminder — to everyone in the workspace.

Prerequisites

  • Workspace Admin or Workspace DBA role

Set the announcement

  1. In the workspace, go to Settings > General and scroll to the Announcement section.
  2. In Title, enter the banner text. To make the banner a link, fill in Link — clicking the banner then opens the link. Leaving Title empty hides the banner.
  3. Pick a Theme:
    • Normal, Warning, or Critical — built-in color presets.
    • Custom — set your own Background and Text colors.
  4. Click Update. The banner appears at the top for everyone in the workspace.
